It's SO HOT!
40-45 degrees (Celsius) in the sun, that's how warm Sweden has been this past week. Yeah, really. It can get this warm here as well (even though it was years since it happened last time).
Some (including my sisters and sometimes the rest of my family) loves the heat, I don't. It's driving me crazy to be honest, and I can't do anything to escape it. Every room in the house (except my youngest sister's room in the basement) is as warm as outside, there seem to be no way to shut it out. The blinds are down and the windows closed, but that only helps very little (very little).
What to do? If it doesn't rain soon (or at the very least become a little cooler) I am seriously convinced that I am going to loose it. I am not made for this kind of weather, that's one thing that's for sure, and so this does things to my sanity that I am pretty sure isn't good (he he, I'm getting even crazier, like I need that).
Geees. I know that there are a lot of places that have this kind of heat every summer, but see at least there you have the chance to get used to it. Here it comes as a complete chock. And you have to go out into it, because Swedish people are a little mad when it comes to nice weather (since we don't get it very often it's like a sin bigger than murder not to go out when it's finally here).
Anyways, I am trying to bare with it until the 13 degrees and rain (which is more normal for the Swedish summer) comes back. I am actually looking forward to it.
Take care guys! (^ - ^) Matane!

I can understand how bad it must be for someone not used to it ... just remember it this winter when you are wishing it was warmer ... lol.
Nope, most people in Sweden tend not to have air-conditioning, since it's not common for it to be this hot here. I think most people see it as a luxury thing actually (which it isn't, I don't think it's that expensive).
(Yeah it was really a huge problem that time. My friend actually works as a summer temp. with the elderly and she tells me that they really suffered in the heat).
Yep. I will remember that ^-^. Heat is a tricky thing.
